Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. The Service
WorldDial provides a browser-based communication service that allows users to place phone calls to telephone numbers worldwide using internet connectivity.
The Service is provided on a pay-as-you-go basis. WorldDial does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
Calls are carried by third-party telecommunications providers, including Twilio. Their rules also apply to your use of the Service, as described in section 5.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and use the Service lawfully.
You are responsible for your account, your password, and all activity under your account.
You may hold only one account. If your account is suspended or terminated, you may not create or use another account.
3. Payments
WorldDial uses a prepaid wallet system. Users must add credit before making calls. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You agree to pay for all calls made from your account, maintain sufficient account balance, and use valid payment methods.
4. Pricing
Call rates vary depending on destination and network. Rates are displayed before placing a call whenever possible. You are charged based on call duration and destination number.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use WorldDial for:
- •Illegal activity
- •Fraud or harassment
- •Spam calls or robocalling
- •Emergency services misuse
- •Threats or abuse
- •Telemarketing without consent
5.1 Telecommunications fraud
You may not use WorldDial, directly or on behalf of anyone else, to:
- •Artificially inflate call traffic or call minutes (traffic pumping)
- •Generate termination fees, revenue share, or any other payment for yourself or a third party from the calls you place (international revenue share fraud)
- •Call premium-rate numbers, international premium-rate numbers (IPRN), or any number you know or should reasonably suspect is part of a revenue-share scheme
- •Place unattended, automated, or scripted calls, or keep calls open without a real conversation
- •Call the same numbers repeatedly in order to accumulate minutes
- •Test, probe, or scan number ranges, including sequential or neighbouring numbers
- •Pay with a card or payment method you are not authorised to use
5.2 Circumventing restrictions
You may not bypass or attempt to bypass any limit, block, or restriction on the Service. This includes redialing blocked numbers or numbers next to them, creating or using another account after a suspension, and using false identity or contact details to avoid enforcement.
5.3 Telecommunications provider rules
You must also comply with the acceptable use policies of our telecommunications providers and with the telecommunications laws that apply to you. This includes the Twilio Acceptable Use Policy, available at https://www.twilio.com/en-us/legal/aup. A breach of those rules is a breach of these Terms.
Violation of this section may result in account suspension, account termination, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
6. Fraud Prevention and Monitoring
To protect users, our providers, and the Service, WorldDial uses automated systems to detect fraud and abuse. These systems analyse call details (destination, duration, frequency, and time of day), payment signals, and, during calls, live audio levels, for example to detect prolonged silence. Calls are not recorded, and no person listens to them.
Without prior notice, WorldDial may block destinations or number ranges, limit call length or the number of simultaneous calls, end a call in progress, or ask you to verify your identity or payment method.
7. Emergency Calls
WorldDial is not intended for emergency services. Do not use WorldDial to call police, fire services, ambulance, or any emergency number. You must use traditional telephone services for emergencies.
8. Service Availability
WorldDial aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or call connection success. Service may be affected by internet connectivity, telecommunications providers, or network conditions.
9. Suspension and Termination
WorldDial may suspend or terminate your account, immediately and without prior notice, if fraud or abuse is suspected, if a payment dispute occurs, if these Terms are violated, or if one of our telecommunications providers flags traffic from your account.
WorldDial may also suspend or close any account it reasonably believes is linked to a suspended account. Decisions made for fraud or abuse are final. To protect our fraud prevention systems, WorldDial does not disclose how suspicious activity was detected.
10. Consequences of Fraud or Abuse
If your account is suspended or terminated for a breach of section 5:
- •WorldDial may withhold any unused balance to cover carrier charges, provider penalties, payment fees, chargebacks, and other losses caused by your activity. Any remaining amount may be refunded at WorldDial's discretion.
- •You are responsible for all charges, penalties, and costs that WorldDial incurs as a result of your activity, including amounts that exceed your balance.
- •WorldDial may report the activity to its telecommunications providers, payment processors, and law enforcement authorities.
11. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy. Unused account credit may be refundable upon request, except as described in section 10.
12. Limitation of Liability
WorldDial is not liable for call failures, service interruptions, loss of data, indirect damages, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous 30 days.
13. Changes to Terms
WorldDial may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
14. Language
These Terms are available in several languages. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
