Call quality
Both services carry the call over the internet to the destination phone network, so quality depends mostly on your connection, not the brand. On stable WiFi or 4G/5G, both deliver clear audio for the vast majority of calls. WorldDial uses the browser's built-in WebRTC audio stack; Viber uses its own mature in-app audio engine. Viber's public Trustpilot profile currently shows a low overall score, and recurring reviews mention frozen credit, unexpected charges, and slow support.
