Portugal's country code is +351. From the UK, dial +351 then the full 9-digit Portuguese number. There is no leading 0 to drop. A Lisbon landline printed as 21 XXX XXXX is +351 21 XXX XXXX. A Portuguese mobile printed as 9XX XXX XXX is +351 9XX XXX XXX. Do not strip a digit to imitate Spain or France: +351 1 is a misdial.
